We accept Early Years Entitlement funding for eligible families.
For children eligible for 30 hours funding, the entitlement is stretched across our 50-week year, providing 22.8 funded hours per week.
Your child's funded hours are applied to the sessions they attend, with the remaining hours being the unfunded portion of their childcare.
The cost of the unfunded portion is calculated across the year and divided into 12 equal monthly payments, making your monthly childcare cost consistent throughout the year.
For children receiving 15 hours funding, and for unfunded places including home-educated children aged 5+, fees are based on 38 weeks of attendance spread over 11 monthly payments.
Please contact us if you'd like help understanding how funding applies to your child's attendance pattern

Starting somewhere new is a big step for both children and parents. Our settling-in process is designed to help your child become familiar with Kinderling, build relationships with the team and feel secure in their new surroundings.
Your child will have two 1.5-hour settling-in sessions. The first is a stay-and-play session with you, giving your child the opportunity to explore Kinderling and meet the team. The second is a session where we encourage you to drop off and leave, helping your child begin building confidence without you there..
Some children settle quickly, while others need a little more time. If your child needs additional settling-in sessions, we're very happy to arrange these.
Our aim is for every child to feel safe, secure and happy at Kinderling, and we're here to support parents through the process too.
If you're feeling anxious about your child's start, please talk to us. We've helped many children through this transition and understand that those first few drop-offs can be emotional for everyone.

Complete our online registration form below.

There is a £75 non-refundable registration fee. Once we receive your form and fee, we'll send you an offer letter confirming your child's start date and sessions.

To accept your offer and secure your child's place, you'll pay a £250 deposit, which is returned during your child's final month at Kinderling.
